Julie Rondeau
MN, NP
Julie was born and raised in Camrose. Julie began her career as a Medical Laboratory Assistant in 2003, graduating from NAIT with honors. From there she returned to school at Mount Royal College (now University) in a collaborative program with the University of Athabasca in the Bachelor of Nursing program. Graduating in 2009, she moved back to Camrose to begin her career as a Registered Nurse.
She has experience in a post-surgical unit, day surgery, and homecare for 7 years before developing a program as liaison nurse with the hospitalist team. While she worked as a liaison nurse for 5 years, Julie returned to school through Athabasca University via distance education with in-person practicum rotations to pursue her Masters in Nursing: Nurse Practitioner stream. Graduating in August of 2021, Julie then transitioned to work in Primary Care and Continuing Care as an NP. For the last 3 years, Julie has had experience working in Assisted Living Facilities and Long-Term Care sites, as well as primary care clinic settings.

Angela Halback
MOA
Angela is a dedicated healthcare professional with 25 years of experience in the medical industry. Graduating with honors in 2025 from the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program at Sundance College, Angela has a deep commitment to providing compassionate and empathetic care.
For 23 years, Angela has worked as a Health Care Aide, gaining extensive experience in a variety of settings including dementia care, psychiatric behavioral units, and long-term care facilities. This hands-on experience has provided a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, particularly for individuals with complex health challenges.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time outdoors listening to the beautiful sounds of nature. In her spare time, she finds joy in expressing her artistic side through her sewing machine. She has created purses, scrub tops and altered many dance costumes over the years.
